I picked up a Hotpoint heat pump dryer and it's fantastic. It's way more economical to operate than my previous condenser model. I did some price hunting and found this appliance store offering it for up to £50 less than other places. Excellent service, I'd definitely suggest it.

I bought a new gas hob, and it showed up right on the day they promised. No issues whatsoever.

I recently purchased a washing machine from the Morecambe Store on December 26, 2022. It arrived the very next day, which was fantastic! I unpacked and set it up, but the door wouldn’t lock. I reached out for help, and someone came by later that same day. They confirmed there was a fault with the machine, apologized, and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day. They unpacked and installed the new one, tested it, and it worked perfectly. They also took the faulty unit away. Absolutely top-notch service, especially considering it was right between Christmas and New Year. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. The service was truly outstanding—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I recently had to finally get rid of a freezer that was around for 60 years, sitting in my basement. I had planned to leave it behind when I moved since it was quite heavy and would take some work to haul out. I’ve bought appliances from another place before, but they didn’t have any freezers available. After some digging around, I reached out to the Appliance Shop. I had a chat with Danny, who was just fantastic. I ended up going for an upright freezer. The delivery crew was awesome! They took away the old freezer and brought in the new one, setting it up perfectly. Plus, they even moved a small chest freezer from the main floor down to the basement. I’d definitely recommend this company! The staff was super professional, and the service was top-notch from start to finish! I’m looking forward to working with them again for my future needs.

The kitchen fitters unboxed it a week post-delivery and discovered the glass door of the microwave was shattered! We reached out to the appliance store to set up a replacement, but since we didn’t inspect it within 48 hours, they turned us down. We ended up with a £300 heap of broken glass. Honestly, life’s too short to ever suggest or shop at the appliance store in Morecombe again. This company will find any reason to dodge their responsibilities. Just a heads up!

I placed my order online but got a call saying it wouldn’t be available until the next week. However, they had a model on display in the store that had just arrived, and I was keen on that one. They also offered to search online for other options. The staff were super helpful and polite, providing me with the delay date and time.
